More than AED 1.2 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 376 villas and apartments worth AED 803,87 million, mortgages of 67 villas, and flats worth AED 142,29 million, and sales of 70 land plots for AED 261.85 million.
According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 446 sales transactions worth AED1.07 billion on Monday, along with 85 mortgage deals totaling AED168.99 million and 29 gift deals totaling AED34.46 million.
