Terms and Conditions for Clients

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ezytrac ("the Company") and clients availing the services offered by the Company through its agents and employees. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Maintenance and Cleaning
• Car Rental

2. Dealing with Agents and Employees

2.1 Official Receipts:

• For any exchange of cash, original documents, or valuables, an official receipt must be obtained from accounts@ezytrac.ae.
• The Company holds no liability if any transactions are conducted without an official receipt.

2.2 Cash and Cheque Collection:

• No employee is authorized to collect cash or cheques on behalf of the Company.
• Any collection by agents must be followed by an immediate submission of the collected items and provision of an official receipt from accounts@ezytrac.ae.

2.3 Liability:

• The Company disclaims all liability for any dealings conducted with agents/employees without the proper issuance of an official receipt.
• It is highly advised that all exchanges, whether monetary or document-related, be conducted through the office to ensure proper and secure transactions.

3. Exchange through Official Channels

• All exchanges should be processed through our official channels to ensure security and proper documentation.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to follow up directly with our office for any kind of exchange or transactions.

4. Non-Acceptable Practices

• Transactions conducted without an official receipt from accounts@ezytrac.ae are deemed unacceptable.
• The Company does not recognize any agreements or exchanges made without this formalized process.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from transactions conducted outside of these outlined terms will not be recognized by the Company.
• Clients agree to resolve any issues or disputes directly through the Company's official communication channels.

6. Acceptance

• The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels at accounts@ezytrac.ae.

7. Literary Responsibilities

• We or our agents do not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The Client acknowledges that any information received is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice, except through the legal affairs department at Ezytrac - specifically regarding legal advice only.
• The Client agrees to conduct necessary investigations and obtain independent professional advice before making any decisions or entering into any agreements. The Client releases the company and its agents from any liability arising from their reliance on the provided information.
• Your use of any information or materials from this website, or from our agents or employees, is entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for it.
• Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content included on our website, including, but not limited to, images, logos, articles, and other materials, are protected by copyrights and/or other intellectual property owned or licensed by Ezytrac.
• Unauthorized use of our website may result in a claim for damages and/or be considered a criminal offense.
• We have no responsibility for the content of linked websites.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements, Ezytrac specifically disclaims any liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in this regard, and for any loss (whether direct or indirect) or damage resulting from any deal with our agents or employees, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• Clients are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.
